Desktop Validation Tool v1.2.0 Released

The latest version of the free desktop validation tool was released today.

This incorporates the latest validation engine (2.7.1) and an updated user interface.

To save time downloading JRE 5.0, you can now download a version of the tool that has JRE 5.0 embedded within it, and so runs 'out of the box'.

Also available from today is a full version of the desktop tool, which allows you to scan an entire site in one pass, can be run from the command-line, and provides most of the options on the Advanced Form of the online Total Validator service.
