New look and feel

The site has been given a bit of a makeover today. I hope you like the new look and feel. I'm still no graphic designer though.

Also the validation engine has been updated to 2.7.2 with a few minor bugs fixed.

A new version of the desktop tool is also available. The only changes to this being the latest validation engine and the look and feel changes to the web pages.
