2.4.0 Released

With this release there has been extensive internal refactoring to make the service operate faster and easier to expand in the future.

There have also been screenshot improvements foe the Lynx browser on Windows to make it easier to view the image produced and make it more consistent with Lynx on Linux.

Finally, there are several minor bug fixes in this release.
