Desktop version of Total Validator released

Version 1 of the Total Validator Tool was released today. The initial release of this tool enables the user to perform the four basic validations from their desktop.

This makes it much quicker and easier to validate local files rather than using the online service. It also simplifies the checking of pages behind firewalls.
