3.1.0 Released

This latest version of the free online validation service sports a greatly improved suggestions engine for the spell checker. Each language dictionary has been updated as well.

The PNG format is now used for all browser screenshots to provide higher quality results.

Finally taking screenshots of uploaded pages is available again.

3.0.0 Released

The latest verion of the Validator Engine was released this week.

This new version incorporates a revamped HTTP engine for more robust and reliable page checking. As a result it also now supports redirected starting pages and DIGEST and NTLM web server authentication.

Improvements to the spell checking system provides better matching when checking American and British English.

Finally additional navigation has been added to the results pages making it easier than ever to locate problems in the pages being tested,

Firefox extension released

Now an even easier way of using the Total Validation service has been released.

Simply install the Firefox extension in the usual way and you can validate the page you're currently looking at with just one click.

All the options of Total Validator are available including screen shots, making it the easiest way yet of validating your pages.
