Total Validator v6.2.1 released

This is a minor update to Total Validator with the following changes:

• Added option to limit the number of concurrent broken link checks
• Added Firefox 3.6 screenshots, and restored FF1 and Mozilla for Linux
• Amended to cope with non Western characters in results
