Note that the Pro tool runs on Windows from 2000 upwards, OS X 10.4 and above, and most versions of Linux. Your system must be also capable of running Java 1.5 or higher.

Renewals
If you wish to continue to receive updates you must renew your subscription each year. Renewals cost GB£5 (approx US$8, or €6) for each copy of the tool.
A reminder email will be sent one month before the subscription expires to the email address registered when you made your purchase. If you fail to renew within one month of the expiry date, you will have to purchase a copy at the full amount in order to receive future updates.
To renew your subscription or update your registered email address, enter the user id and password provided when you purchased the tool.

Enter the user id and password provided when you purchased the tool and select the appropriate operating system. NOTE: Advanced Tool logins will not work here.
When upgrading simply install the latest release over the your existing installation. There is no need to uninstall your current version first. All of your settings and results should be preserved.

Java for Windows
On Windows if you don't have the right version of Java installed your browser will be directed to the official site to download the latest version. Alternatively download the java add-on below. This will provide a local version of Java used just by the tool:

Installing/Uninstalling
Windows: Just double-click the downloaded file to install. See the ReadMe.txt file for uninstalling.
OS X: Open the .dmg file and see the ReadMe.txt file for instructions on installing/uninstalling.
Linux: Uncompress the downloaded file using: 'tar xvfz totalvalidatorpro.tar.gz' then read the instructions in the ReadMe.txt file for installing/uninstalling.
