Reseller Information

Although we do not have any official resellers or distributors we regularly work with them.

We do not provide any official quotes, but our prices do not change that often, and the latest prices may be obtained using our payment form, which provides a simple calculator. Licensing is on a per-user basis. Here is a link to the licence, but you may also find the Licence FAQ useful.

There are no trade prices or other discounts available, so you may wish to charge your customer an admin fee. Our prices do not include any form of reclaimable sales tax or VAT as we primarily sell to businesses.

We only accept online payments through our website and do not take purchase orders. You can either use a Card or PayPal account to pay and we accept payments in several major currencies. If your currency is not displayed, then you should always select GB£ for the lowest price. Your card provider will then convert your payment into your local currency.

Following your payment, a login is provided to allow download over the Internet as we do not ship physical copies of our products.

We ask that you email us the name and contact email address of the customer so we can associate the licence with them.

For the Pro and CI versions, our prices include a subscription to a year of free updates. After that there is an annual subscription fee of approximately 20% of the current licence price for further updates. Terms and conditions apply. Renewal reminders can either be emailed to yourselves, direct to the customer, or both.

Finally, we do not provide any paid support or training services as the product is simple to use. But we investigate all potential bugs, and provide How-To help where we can through our Contact Form.
