Reseller Information

Although we do not have any official resellers or distributors, we regularly work with them.

Please note that in order to keep our prices low, we run a largely self-service operation. So please keep contact to a minimum. Almost everything you should need to know is on this page.

Important Information

There are three points that we often have to repeat, and which cause issues when ignored:

The Licence FAQ describes our licence and subscription model
We do not accept Purchase Orders
We do not provide Quotes

Due to the cost of repeating what is on this page, and dealing with the consequences when it is ignored, we reserve the right to uplift our prices based on the additional support time required.

Licences

Customers purchase a perpetual licence for the current release, which includes a year of free updates. We use a subscription model for subsequent updates. Please read our Licence FAQ for further details.

Licences are identified by a login user id (see below). It is important to tell us the name and contact email address of the customer so we can associate licences with them, and recognise them if they ask for support.

We do not provide any paid support or training services, as the product is simple to use. However, we investigate all potential bugs and provide how-to help where we can using our Contact Form.

Purchase orders

We do not accept purchase orders. We only take online payments through our website using a Credit Card or PayPal account. We accept payments in several popular currencies.

We do not ship physical copies of software. Instead, following payment, a login is provided to allow the customer to download the software. Licences are identified by the login user id. It is important to tell us the name and contact email address of the customer so we can associate licences with them, and recognise them if they ask for support.

This login also allows access to the Subscriptions area to view the account details, update reminder emails, and pay for subscription renewals. It may also be used to purchase additional licences using the Extra licences form. If required, we can provide a different password for these.

Prices

We do not provide official quotes. Our prices in currencies other than GB£ are reviewed each month and may change. The latest prices for licences are displayed on our payment form.

There are no trade prices or other discounts available, and our prices do not include any form of reclaimable sales tax or VAT, as we primarily sell to businesses.

If the customer wishes to renew their subscription(s), please use the Subscriptions area. Renewal reminders also include a direct payment link. As this link never changes, there should be no need to ask for it every year.

If a customer wants additional licences, then please use the Extra licences form. We can also provide a direct payment link.
